Disney’s The Lion King JR.

Through a partnership with Riverside Theatre, 15 of GYAC’s students will be performing Disney’s The Lion King JR. as part of Winterfest on December 2nd. GYAC students will perform a 60-minute version of the production at 12:00 p.m. on the Waxlax Stage. The festival will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Students auditioned for their parts and have been practicing since September 6th. The cast will hit the road in January to perform a segment of the show at the Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta, Georgia.
Winterfest runs from Friday, December 1 through Sunday December 3. More information can be found on Riverside Theatre’s website by clicking here.
